I have been attending Amy’s classes for around six months. In that time I have seen a huge improvement in my fitness levels and strength. I have never really enjoyed exercise before but thoroughly enjoy Amy’s classes. I find her positive energy, enthusiasm and support really motivating and for the first time I find exercise fun! I have never felt judged or unwelcome and I like the different options Amy gives for each move so you can adapt the class to suit you. There is a real variety in her classes - the Strong class on a Monday is completely different to a Thursday meaning I can attend both and get different workouts each time. I attend Amy’s Freestyle Fitness Yoga classes, I started doing Friday 12.30 class at Forest Park, I came out buzzing after my first class. I know go to both the Friday and Tuesday evening class if I can. I feel more energised these days, I’m more flexible these days and have lost inches too 😊 - Debbie

I attend Amy’s Clubbercise classes twice a week and her Fitness Yoga class. I massively look forward to each class. Clubbercise always puts a smile on my face and it leaves me buzzing. Yoga really helps my back issues and I feel so relaxed afterwards. Amy is very motivational and a wonderful instructor, who always has a smile on her face and makes everyone welcome.  I attend Amy’s Freestyle Fitness yoga class on a Tuesday night and Clubbercise class on a Thursday. A year ago I couldn’t do 10 minutes of exercise due to health problems let alone a 2 classes a week. With Amy’s help and and great classes I have been able to turn my life around with exercise. I love Amy’s clubercise class she is so full of enthusiasm, positivity and energy and I feel so much better for it. I love the tunes, love the lights it’s good fun.
