Clubbercise

Clubbercise classes are £7.70 per session plus a one off payment of £6 for the official Clubbercise glow sticks

(The glow sticks are compulsory for this class - payment only required if you do not have a pair already)

If you like the idea of a fitness class that feels more like a night out than a workout you’ll LOVE Clubbercise® Fun, easy-to-follow dance fitness routines using rave glow sticks to club anthems from 90′s classics to the latest chart hits taught in a darkened room with disco lights. Because of the high and low impact options Clubbercise dance fitness classes are great if you’re just starting out on a fitness regime or if you’re already a fitness freak!.

Freestyle Fitness Yoga

Freestyle Fitness Yoga classes are £8.80 per class

Freestyle Fitness Yoga (FFY) - A yoga class using traditional yoga postures, stretches and sequence flows with fitness in mind. FFY will help build your strength, improve your flexibility and work on your mobility, as well as connecting you to your body with your breath.

This is a 60 minute class. Starting the class working on your mobility and warming up the muscles ready to add some more intensity with our flow sequences to strengthen your whole body. The last part of the class we slow it down with some yoga stretches to help improve your flexibility and enjoy the different breathing techniques to help you connect to your body. We always finish with a stillness relaxation to restore, reward and thank our bodies for working hard everyday.

You will learn how to identify the bodies stabilising muscles and use them effectively and efficiently to improve their posture and move with more confidence..

Please wear comfortable clothes and bring plenty of water

Barre Fitness

BARRE FITNESS CLASSES ARE £7.70 PER CLASS

The ballet inspired workout! Are you ready to feel the barre burn?

This is a 45 minute full body workout class with a fusion of fitness, yoga and ballet style moves. Although it is low impact (no jumping) we will certainly still get your heart pumping and work up a sweat.

The first 35 mins we work your muscles with ballet style movements to feel the burn. Along with an inspiring playlist to keep you going through every last rep. The last 10 mins we cool down with some stretches to lengthen the muscles along with some breathing to help connect to our body and calm the mind.

Don't fear the words 'ballet inspired', you absolutely do not need any dance or ballet experience! Everyone can enjoy the benefits of this class.

If you want to improve your posture & alignment, improve your co-ordination, gain greater muscular strength/endurance & increase your mobility & flexibility, then this is the class for you!

Please note that the class is a free standing class without using a ballet barre

Please bring your own mat for the floor part of the class (I cannot provide you with a mat anymore)Mats will be provided but please feel free to bring your own

Slow Stretch & Sound Bath

SLOW STRETCH AND SOUND SESSIONS ARE £12.50 PER CLASS

A beautiful 50 minutes to yourself. Where you have nothing else to do but just be in the moment. To move your body with love, reward your mind with stillness and set your spirit free whilst receiving all you need from the wonderful sounds that will surround you

20 minutes of super slow and easy stretching followed by 30 minutes of sound healing from the Tibetan singing bowls.

What to expect:

Stretching part - Amy will guide you through some super simple and easy stretches for everybody and anybody! These will include standing, seated and lying down sequences with modifications if needed. A chance to show your body some love with gentle movement because let's face it, who stretches their beautiful body enough?

Sound bath part - As you get cosy and snuggle down onto your mat, Amy will then guide you through some breathing exercises and a meditation to help your mind and body let go & prepare to go deeper with the sounds of the Tibetan singing bowls and other instruments.

You'll hear many different sounds and notes from all the singing bowls that will take you on a magical journey. You may go into deep relaxation, an altered state of consciousness or even fall asleep. When it's time to connect back together, Amy with gently guide you back where you'll be invited to take your time to move, connect and ground your body & mind.

This time is for YOU, Amy will simply guide you to wherever you need to go in that session.

Incense will be burned before and during the session

Monthly Group Sound Meditation

GROUP SOUND MEDITATION SESSIONS ARE £20 PER SESSION

Are you ready to dedicate a wonderful 80 minutes to yourself? If that's a yes, then I'm so happy to invite you to join us for our monthly sound meditation and to share the beautiful Tibetan singing bowl magic with you. (60 minutes guided mediation/sound meditation & then 20 minutes to ground yourself, eat a small snack, drink a herbal tea or water and maybe have a chat if you fancy it) Please arrive at the start time of the event so we are ready to start shortly after.

What to expect?

Give yourself full permission to truly relax and connect with yourself whilst I take you on a beautiful sound meditation journey.

As you get cosy and snuggle down onto your mat, gentle & soothing background music will welcome you into our sound experience together.

Amy will then guide you through some breathing exercises and a meditation to help your mind and body let go & prepare to go deeper with the sounds of the Tibetan singing bowls and other instruments.

You'll hear many different sounds and notes from all the singing bowls that will take you on a magical journey. You may go into deep relaxation, an altered state of consciousness or even fall asleep. There will then be a chance to have some herbal tea or water, a little snack and maybe a chat if you're feeling up it (no problemo if you'd rather not though)

Cancellation policy - Refunds will be given (minus booking fee) if you would like to cancel within 48 hours of the class. Transfers will be offered 24 hours before the class. NO refunds/Transfers will be given on the day of the class or for no-shows
